I bought a pair of Crush Antigua Polarized glasses and the screw fell out on the right side after a couple weeks. How do I get a new screw to fix them? I checked local drug stores for repair kits but none had the right size.
Leilani, I am sorry to hear about your sunglasses! We do offer a life time warranty on all manufacture defects and a screw falling out is covered under that! For warranties we just have you send us an email with pictures (front and side view) of the sunglasses, the style name, color and your address, so that we can ship you out a new pair ASAP!
Yes, my sunglasses arm is bent and looks like it will not last to much longer. Please reply Eva Smith
Hi, I was wondering if you'd bring back any of your earlier designs. My all time favorite was the priscilla sunglasses. I would literally buy that same pair of sunglasses every time I'd accidentally loose or break them. I think I went through about 3 pairs before the store no longer sold them. I love this design so much! Please bring It back!
was so stoked to receive my Papillon crushies in the mail today, but was disappointed to see scratches on the lens when I pulled them out of the plastic sleeve. I've ordered plenty of sunglasses from you folks before, so this was quite a bummer... I read something about a warranty above, how would my situation fit in?
We normally dont bring back earlier designs with out switching them up a bit, or sometimes not at all just because we found better styles for the new season. Ill let out design/production manager know that you liked the Priscilla a lot and maybe they can do something about it! Thanks so much for being a Crush sunnies lover!!
Eva, sorry it took so long to get back to you. If you email us at info@fortresseyewear.com with a picture of the problem we can look into getting you a warranty pair. Most likely though bent arms dont fall under our warranty category. It is all manufacture defects, like paint chipping, snapping of the frame, screw lost...things like that. But go ahead and shoot them an email and we can hopefully figure something out.
I was just wondering if you guys were going to get miss marvels back? i lost mine and i really loved them and want to buy new ones haha
Hey Lindsay, Unfortunately we wont be getting any more Miss Marvels in until February. We normally dont get any more shipments in after the end of the summer. Hopefully you kind find another pair of Crush that you love until then. The Miss Marvels are a little bigger but are super cute Aviators as well!!
Hey Alis, Unfortunately we do not carry screws for our sunglasses. When that happens we just ship out a new pair to the customer. What style do you have?
Hi Mary, I am sorry to hear about your sunglasses. Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturer defects and doesn’t cover human error or general wear and tear this doesn’t sound like it would be covered. You can send the pictures to info@fortresseyewear.com and we will review them to see if this is a manufacture problem or just normal wear and tear.
I had no idea about the warranty! I have gone through so many pair, I have a couple right now that the arm came off of and the screws fell out. I am sending in photos asap!... also I was wondering what your return policy is, I have always purchased my crush sunnies in stores and I just ordered a pair I'm not too sure about.
Hey Jess, Ya if you just email us pictures and stuff we can get warranty pairs out to you ASAP. Also in regards to returns, if you order online you just need to ship them back to us with a note or your copy of the order, in the box telling us it is a return and we will credit the money back to you once we receive the sunglasses in the mail. I tried to order the Rochelle Water Flow sunglasses but they are labeled Rochelle Seashell on the website so that is what I received. Can you send me the Water Flow ones? I had a pair and they broke and I really like them and need another pair! Amanda
Hi, I just recently bought a the Lindsay style and the frame broke right next to the bridge of the nose on the left side.. I was wondering if this falls under the warranty and also if I am able to choose a different style upon return?

Aloha! I was wondering how you become a Crush Girl? My little sister Keala Patterson looooooves your glasses, they are the only brand she wears. She is a tandem surfer, full time college student at hawaii Pacific University, a black belt in Shototkan Karate (she teaches karate too) a model, and an all around great girl! I think she would be an awesome addition to the Crush family. She is from Makaha(yes we know Ha'a :) ! I could totally send you guys pictures of her and her brother tandem surfing and any other pictures or info you might want.
